Del Campo y Asociados company developed their Training Program from the Food Safety and Quality Management System
Just as with every start of a growing season, Del Campo y Asociados develops their training program addressed to field food safety managers, production managers, pest and irrigation, packaging and quality managers: that is, to all personnel who is related to the operation and functioning of the food safety and quality management system of the company.
The purpose is reinforcing the knowledge of personnel about the company policies, the food safety and quality management system with an a approach on GAPs, GMPs, food fraud and defense, allergen control, prerequisite programs and document and record control.
These trainings are performed at the different production areas of the company, with the aim of establishing with it a food safety culture, which can be defined as the incorporation of responsible behavior habits on the daily tasks of all the members of an organization, with the purpose of developing and marketing safe products. In order to achieve this purpose, the company lectures these training sessions for managers, mid-level and operational managers, so that they are all able to share the same working philosophy.
