The agrochemicals subject was also discussed; how to keep control through safety sheets, cleaning procedures, and order where they are located and how staff should use personal protective equipment. The importance of hygiene for product safety was also discussed, since having cleanliness policies and standards ensures that the food produced is healthy and safe.

In the Good Manufacturing Practices training, some of the measures and recommendations that should be established in the company’s facilities were mentioned, such as the importance of signs on the packaging, such as the evacuation route, safety zone, electrical risk, etc. The packaging facilities must have the characteristics that should be in contact with the product to minimize the risk of contamination; for example: they must be flat and easy to clean.
