In March, Agricola Chaparral, a member of our Veggies from Mexico community, held the fourth edition of its “Gran Carrera Chaparral” 2023.

It was an afternoon full of adrenaline and fun that Agricola Chaparral’s collaborators spent in this event that the company organizes every year. The main objective is to promote fellowship and participation among its employees through sports with activities such as the foot race with male and female categories of 3K, 5K, and 10K.

The race is designed for all employees who wish to participate, as they can walk, jog or run. Prizes are awarded to the first 3 places in each category. The prize for first and second place is a bicycle and a cash prize for third place. In the end, there is a raffle with all the participants.

The sport has an endless number of categories in which the human being can venture, without a doubt a foot race is a very good option to exercise easily and give the body a better functioning of the respiratory and circulatory system. Likewise, it is a good way to keep the heart in perfect condition.
