Grupo Chaparral holds the graduation ceremonies for the 2022-2023 school year


Every year, Grupo Chaparral held graduation ceremonies for the children of its farm employees. The children and adults who graduated were from Campo La Paloma (Agroindustrias Tombell), Campo El Diez, and Campo Esmeralda (Agrícola Chaparral).
At Agroindistrias Tombell, the children who graduated were: 31 from preschool, 31 from elementary school, 19 from high school, and 23 from the youth and adult education program implemented in collaboration with the Sinaloa Institute for the Education of Youth and Adults (ISEJA).
During the event, different activities were developed traditional dances from the state, the expected waltz performed by each group, and the presentation of awards and diplomas to the children.

Some of the company’s personnel attended the event and were very happy and satisfied to see so many children graduate.
The Project Manager of the company, David Villareal, gave an emotional message of recognition and gratitude for their academic achievements.
At the tenth Agrícola Chaparral packing house, the children who graduated were: 14 preschoolers, 16 elementary school students, and 2 adults from the ISEJA program. The graduation ceremony was made more enjoyable by some children’s dances performed by the graduates. The traditional waltz of each group was also performed, and the awards and diplomas were presented.















Part of the Agrícola Chaparral team attended and the Packaging Manager Mr. Ignacio Chávez Sánchez, gave the welcoming speech and wrapped up the event with a gratitude message to everyone.
Sergio Raúl Esquer Peiro, Director of the Company, gave a welcome message to all the attendees, especially to the children.
Juan Guillermo Zazueta Silva, Field Production Manager, oversaw the event’s closure.
Seventeen children graduated from preschool, 20 from elementary school, 17 from junior high school, 23 documents were given to adults, and awards were given to 10 young people who are currently attending high school through the SEPYC program at the lodge.
It was an emotional event to witness performances and dances by the children of the educational groups, in addition to presenting the waltz corresponding to each level, which was very impressive and beautiful.
Grupo Chaparral considers that children, young people, and adults must begin or continue with their studies, which is why every agricultural season when workers arrive at the company, the agricultural company provides them with different services that make it easier for their children to attend school and have a better quality of life.
