Last February 22, Del Campo y Asociados farming company, a member of our Veggies From México community, celebrated with workers the agronomist day.

The company CEOs celebrated this day with agronomist in their three farming operations. In their Culiacan operations, they shared a lunch in honor of their agronomist. CEO Diego Ley and Managing Director Juan José Ley attended the event and congratulated all the agronomist with an emotion-filled message. In La Cruz de Elota, agronomist were taken to a restaurant. They were joined by Rubén Sánchez, Production Manager. In Jalisco, a thanksgiving mass was held and agronomist were awarded a gift.

In Mexico, the Agronomist Day is held on February 22, to recognize and thank the people developing this career in the farming sector. A significant career, to understand the actions and processes that allow a smart and responsible use of natural resources, in order to generate food that benefit the development of society.

Agronomists are, by the nature of their activities, public officers with a calling for social commitment to run and promote the productive systems involved in food production.

We are very proud that Del Campo y Asociados performs these activities, as they are very important for human development of workers and also benefit the growth of this company.
