For the third consecutive year Divine Flavor is organizing its “Grower Summit 2022” in Ensenada, Mexico, during September 26th and 27th.

This year’s Grower Summit offered a visit to Viva Organica’s facilities on September 26th, where 4 technical workshops were held for the attendees and in the afternoon some speeches were given, followed by a cocktail hour with the sponsors of the event and ending with the official dinner at the Hotel Lucerna. On September 27th there were also 3 speaker conferences.

Agrícola Chaparral, a member of our Veggies from Mexico community, received a special award as Producer of the Year from Divine Flavor, one of the main distributors of the company’s production.

We are also very proud that part of their team: Fidel Vargas – Quality and Safety Coordinator and Hipolito Alvarez – Head of Quality and Safety were recognized as Food Safety Persons of the Year.

Divine Flavor organizes this to kick off the season and a great opportunity for attendees and their team members to be prepared for the upcoming farming season. It’s a get-together with growers, Divine Flavor staff and other industry professionals. It also gave them a chance to stay up to date with the latest news and trends throughout the industry.
