For me, the most gratifying thing in these years of living with women day laborers is to be able to support and guide them so that they can increase their self-esteem and discover the capacity they must succeed despite adversity.

That they identify their interests, talents, strengths, and weaknesses; because by trusting in their abilities, but above all, trusting in themselves, they will be able to reach their goals and fight for their ideals.

Women are valuable!
