Veggies From Mexico provides GAP and GMP training to the technical team of Agroexportadora del Noroeste
Agroexportadora del Noroeste invited Veggies from Mexico to participate as instructors for its employees as part of its annual training program. Veggies From Mexico’s internal audit team oversaw teaching the topics of Good Agricultural Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
The training was targeted at middle-level managers, supervisors, and people in charge of the different areas of the field and packaging that have a direct impact on food safety.
The agricultural personnel were very receptive and participative during the presentation, expressing their doubts and proposing improvements in the practices already in place, which is of great value in the continuous improvement of the processes, since they are the ones who are directly involved in the operation, consequently strengthening the food safety programs.
With this series of activities, we reaffirm the commitment of the member companies of the Veggies from Mexico community to comply with the best practices of the food industry.
