Since 2019, every August, Grupo Chaparral holds a convention where all the companies of the Group are present, which is oriented to all the leaders: Heads of Areas, Coordinators, Managers, and those who stood out during the season and/or are in development.
The purpose of this important event is to strengthen the bonds between the work areas that are part of Grupo Chaparral, considering that integration and teamwork are the pillars that distinguish this group of companies: Agrícola Chaparral, Agroindustrias Tombell, and Villa Santiago Agroindustrias.
During the event, social activities are developed, the goals of each area are presented, conferences are given, awards are presented (awards night), and the event closes with a message from the General Management.
Likewise, the work done by each area to present their goals during the season is recognized and an awards night is held to recognize different categories such as the Best leader, the employee of the season, the leader in the development/ a rising leader, an innovative project, the best service area, among others.
For its employees, it is one of the best moments of the season, since it is where all the leaders of the different companies of the Group are gathered and where they have the space to make known the goals they want to achieve. Also, as area leaders, it sensitizes them to help the other members of the team to achieve their goals since everyone needs everyone else to achieve them. In short, it commits them even more to achieve them.
On the other hand, they get to know each other and get to know each other better, allowing them to strengthen the team relationship even more.
