Sinaloa Encanta: Showcasing the importance of the fresh produce industry, Sinaloa’s heritage, and culture
Culiacan, Sinaloa.- The seventh edition of Sinaloa Encanta was successfully held in an atmosphere of joy, music, culture, and an impressive gastronomic exhibition of the most important representatives of this industry in the state, with high attendance by Sinaloa’s growers and members of the agricultural community Veggies from Mexico.
Eduardo Leyson Castro – director of the Sinaloa Encanta Board of Trustees, said he was proud of the productive richness of the diverse industries in the state of Sinaloa and the warmth of its people that make Sinaloa a place you cannot miss.
The event also included the presence of authorities such as Mr. Javier Gaxiola Coppel – Secretary of Economy of the Government of the State of Sinaloa and the Secretary of Economic Development of the Municipality, Janet Faviola Tostado Noriega.
Sinaloa Encanta is a great exhibition that shows the enormous potential of the different productive sectors of the state and the northwest region of the country. Agriculture, livestock, fishing, and regional cuisine in this event that has rightfully gained national and international recognition. Sinaloa Encanta” is attended by representatives of various national and international companies that see in this great festival the opportunity to develop joint investment efforts in the region.

This year’s event was attended by approximately 1,500 people, including representatives of agricultural companies from northwestern Mexico, such as Sonora, Baja California, Baja California Sur, and Durango, as well as representatives from Canada and the United States.
The agricultural San Isidro located in Villa Juarez, Navolato, was the venue for this great event, which had a variety of stands that promoted the best of Sinaloan food, drinks, and desserts, among other items that were tasted by the attendees.
