Know more about Veggies From Mexico: Social Programs – Recreation, Cultural, and Sports Promotion

Each season, hundreds of workers are hired by grower companies for the development of various activities in their field and packing facilities, migrating either alone or with family.

The farming companies in the Veggies from Mexico community have living areas where they host all these workers and their families. These facilities in addition to having basic services (water, electricity, drainage) also have spaces such as sports fields, playgrounds, and green areas, so that all residents and workers can perform recreational activities.

In addition, the social responsibility personnel has programs focused on planning, organizing, and coordinating activities to improve the social interaction and well-being of the workers and their families and participate in sports activities such as soccer and volleyball tournaments, as well as commemorative and cultural events, such as the celebration of the Day of the Dead, the Virgin’s Day, Posadas, Holy Days, Three Kings’ Day, Children’s Day, Student’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, among others.

We also have exclusive programs for our employees’ children where, in collaboration with public and private institutions, they attend companies, science centers, zoos, and theaters, among others.

These types of programs contribute to the integral development of families and the permanence of personnel in the company.

Through these monthly newsletters of Eleven Rivers Growers – Veggies From Mexico promotes these actions and programs of Sinaloa growers to the world.
