Grupo Chaparral organizes its MEET VS 2023 for the fourth year in a row
Nayarit – On March 13, 2023, Agroindustrias Villa Santiago, a Grupo Chaparral company, held an event called MEET VS 2023, the purpose of which was to present the goals of all the areas and departments that make up the company for the 2023 season.
The key focus of this meeting was the alignment of objectives through presentations, in addition to the fact that concrete actions were proposed to achieve them and solve problems. All participants committed to achieving their goals and supporting the other areas in achieving theirs. These actions allow us to chart a course for the company and achieve commitment from the employees that make up the company, in addition to providing a space for healthy coexistence that benefits cohesion and teamwork.
This event had the attendance of more than 70 collaborators of Agroindustrias Villa Santiago and some members of Agrícola Chaparral who were witnesses of this successful event, which marks the company’s future course.
