At the end of May, the closing event of the season and the end of the school year took place at Agricola Chaparral in its fields La Paloma, El Diez, and Esmeralda.

As is customary at Agrícola Chaparral a heart-warming event was celebrated with the participation of the company’s directors, on his part, Mr. Sergio Esquer Peiro – Director of the company gave them a moving message of recognition and gratitude for their academic achievements.

They graduated:

77 preschool children

45 elementary school children

20 high school children.

And 82 adults completed primary and secondary education.

The events included traditional dances performed by the children, delighting all the attendees with their talent.

Each season, the agricultural companies that belong to the Veggies from Mexico community receive migrant workers from other regions of Mexico, most of whom come by their families. The companies provide them with housing, education, free food, health services provided by medical centers, recreational services, and other services. These services ensure that the children receive adequate care, as well as age-appropriate education.

They also help parents to perform their activities within the company without having to worry about leaving their children at home. This generates a good working environment in the workplace and contributes to the optimal development of the company’s activities, which represents an improvement in the quality of life of the employees.
