On March 22, the spring festival was held at our community development center, Dorita and Lo de Beltran. The event was attended by 89 children (from 3 months to 13 years of age), 17 employees from the social work team, teachers, and nursery, and 52 parents.

Among the activities carried out were the following: Dances such as “el ratón vaquero”, “caminito de la escuela”, “la granja del tío Juan”, “el sapito”, “el toro mambo”, “el patio de mi casa”, “el baile de la ranita”, a 12-year-old girl recited the poem “Doña primavera”, recognitions were given to daycare children based on their charisma and crowning of kings. Finally, a charity fair was held where there were snacks such as strawberry and vanilla snow cones, chimichangas, and boiled corn on the cob.

It is worth mentioning that the children were very happy when they danced and sang children’s songs, as well as the nice words of the preschool teachers and the tasting of cakes donated by AFOMAC Private Assistance Institution (IAP).
