Del Campo y Asociados: Campaign for Dental Care
Culiacán, Sinaloa. – On November 6-11, the annual campaign for dentist appointments was successfully developed. This campaign is intended for children of Del Campo y Asociados workers, an effort in cooperation with ProFamilia de Jornaleros at Asociación de Agricultores del Río Culiacán. This service has consolidated as a basic support to promote dental health across farming communities.
From the treatments provided, dental diagnosis stood out, which allowed identifying dental health problems; extractions that helped releasing the pain of the little patients; cleaning, which are key to preserve proper hygiene; fluoride application, which reinforces the tooth enamel; and ulectomy, a procedure which is, under specific cases, needed for the wellbeing of the patient. Each of these services was developed by odontologists from the ProFamilia de Jornaleros team, professionals committed to the wellbeing of childhood.
