“We Are All Chaparral”: Grupo Chaparral celebrates Its Eighth Annual Convention
Grupo Chaparral held its Eighth Annual Convention in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, an event that brought together leaders from the various teams at Agricola Chaparral, Agroindustrias Tombell, and Agroindustrias Villa Santiago, companies which are part of the group.
The convention took place from August 25 to 28, with an agenda designed for both to share the work developed during the season and to create moments of social interaction among attendees. With the participation of the General Management and leaders from various areas, the results of the previous season were presented, along with the goals achieved and the purposes and challenges for the new season.
Throughout the three days, conferences, integration activities, and more relaxed moments outside of regular working routines were also held. Among these, a Tropical Evening was held, where attendees were able to enjoy a casual gathering with a free dress code, sharing with colleagues from different areas and companies within the group.

The agenda also devoted a day to the goal presentation, where different teams shared their goals for the new season, allowing everyone to understand the work and priorities from each area.
Another special moment of the Annual Convention was the “Awards Night”, intended at recognizing the work and contributions of the collaborators from Grupo Chaparral.
During the ceremony, recognitions were awarded in various categories, including:
- Best Leader
- Employee of the Season
- Emerging Leader
- Innovative Project
- Best Service Area
Through these awards, the company recognizes the people and teams who, from their respective responsibilities, stood out during the season and contributed to achieving the purposes of the organization.

For the last day, the agenda once again included a free dress code and activities that allowed colleagues to interact and close the three-day gathering in Mazatlan.
The convention was closed with a message from the General Management intended for collaborators, which highlighted the work accomplished during the season and the importance of maintaining communication and collaboration among different teams in the face of new challenges.
“We Are All Chaparral” summarizes the spirit of this gathering and the philosophy that Grupo Chaparral seeks to uphold among its collaborators: recognizing that behind every result and every goal achieved, lies the work of the people which are part of the organization.
