The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare has established NOM-030-STPS-2009, which supports the identification and evaluation of these hazards through hazard analysis.
Control measures can include eliminating the hazard by modifying processes or activities, implementing physical means to block and reduce the level of risk, providing adequate personal protective equipment, and training personnel on the hazards and the control measures implemented.
