Agricola El Nazario starts its annual soccer tournament
Pericos, Sinaloa.- Agricola El Nazario, a company which is a member of the Veggies From Mexico community, started its annual soccer tournament as part of the recreational activities organized by their social responsibility department.
The tournament consists of six teams, each made up of 10 staff members from different areas of the company, such as maintenance, field, and shelter. During the tournament, eight games will be played, in which the teams made up by staff members will play.

Games are also attended by the family members of players and other staff, to support the teams.
Agricola El Nazario has been conducting this event for some years now as part of the recreational activities intended for their staff, in which collaborators are able to participate in a sports tournament organized by the company.

A diversity of studies shows that sports and recreational activities within companies can contribute to the well-being of staff. Becoming a part of sports such as soccer helps reducing stress, improve the mood, and encourages the sense of community among the staff.
