Agricola Campaña Confirms Its Commitment to the Environment Through the Campo Limpio Program

The Campo Limpio Program, through the collection center of Asociación de Agricultores del Río Culiacán (AARC), promotes the proper disposal of used containers from phytosanitary products.
As part of this initiative, Agricola Campaña ensures the collection of 100% of its containers and their proper disposal, preventing this waste from reaching drains, farm lands, landfills, or water sources, thus contributing to the preservation of the ecological balance in the Culiacán Valley.

This work is coordinated by Olivia Hernández, an intern originally from Oaxaca, and Obdulio Calihua, Manager of Certifications, who work together to ensure compliance with this environmental commitment.
Amocali, A.C. Campo Limpio is a non-profit civil association created by manufacturers of crop protection products with the purpose of properly disposing of empty containers of phytosanitary and related products generated by our associated industry. They currently represent thirty-eight formulating companies, fourteen distributors, three importers and one maquiladora. And affiliated companies such as pest controllers, sugar mills, agro-industries, among others, are continually joining the association.

To properly dispose of empty containers of phytosanitary and related products, the involvement of all actors in the production chain is required, and each link must collaborate with actions that make the Campo Limpio Program possible.
Empty containers of phytosanitary and related products are transported to an authorized final destination. Depending on the type of material they can be sent for recycling, co-processing, or controlled incineration.
