Agricola Belher: Kick-Off Meeting for the 2024-2025 Farm Season
Navolato, Sinaloa.- Last November, Agricola Belher held the kick-off meeting for the 2024-2025 season. This event brought together some employees, including the CEO, managers, mid-level managers and supervisors from all areas of the company.
During the meeting, the results of the audits performed in the previous season were introduced, which allowed identifying areas for improvement and highlighting the achievements obtained. Also, the internal and external audit program for the new season was introduced, with the purpose of ensuring quality and compliance with established standards.
A highlight of the day was the award ceremony by Veggies From Mexico, which served to motivate and recognize the effort of the team. Finally, an overall introduction to each audit scheme was provided, so that all attendees were clear about the processes that will be implemented for this new season.

The Innovation and Continuous Improvement Department was in charge of organizing the event, with the purpose of promoting an environment of collaboration and learning within the team, focused on optimizing processes and achieving the purposes of the company.
Also, Agrícola Belher held an induction workshop for all employees, regardless of their work area. The purpose if this event is to inform workers about the policies of the company, the benefits to which they are entitled and their work obligations. It also seeks to promote a culture of responsibility and commitment to the values of the organization.
The activity is coordinated by psychologist Alondra Villatoro, who serves as Training Coordinator. During the workshop, personnel from different areas participate, such as Human Capital, Food Safety, Security and Occupational Health. Each of them shares relevant information related to their specialty, providing a full overview of the processes and regulations that govern the day-to-day at Agrícola Belher.
