It is inspiring to work alongside so many women dedicated to their work. I recognize in them the passion, empathy, commitment, and love for what they do, both in my colleagues and in the girls in the agricultural sector, which fills me with pride. It excites me to think that the girls who are growing up today will see many women in leadership positions, and they will be an inspiration that they can do and be anything they choose.
