During the first week of December, the Veggies from Mexico audit team attended the training course for Professionals and Third Parties in Contamination Risk Reduction Systems (CRRS) in the primary production of vegetables.

SENASICA promotes the CRRS measures and procedures that reduce contamination hazards during the production and processing of food.

The objective of this course is for participants to learn about the requirements of the SRRCs, as well as all the processes and documents that professionals and third parties must follow to ensure certification and recognition of agricultural companies.

Thanks to this training, once the call for applications is opened during the periods indicated by the National Service for Agri-Food Health, Safety and Quality (SENASICA) (during the first and third quarter of the year), the team will aspire to be recognized as Professionals in Contamination Risk Reduction Systems, with which Veggies From Mexico will be able to provide the members of the community with internal auditing services and approval of documents such as hazard analysis and technical plans, among others.
