Students from the CDC of Agricola Belher visited the facilities of the CIAD in Culiacan

Children aged 6 to 8 participated in a guided tour of the Environmental and Food Microbiology Laboratory at the Center for Research in Food and Development (CIAD), accompanied by their educational advisors and daycare mothers, at the end of June. During the visit, they learned about the importance of a balanced diet (with a talk about the Eat Well Plate) and the fascinating microscopic world. CIAD offers services that ignite curiosity and inspire an interest in science and research.
The children took a guided tour of the Environmental and Food Microbiology Laboratory, to receive a talk about the healthy eating plate and the microscopic world, among other services offered by CIAD that can be exciting for them and lead them to become interested in the world of science and research.

Agricola Belher recognizes the value of education for children and strives to provide enriching experiences. Witnessing the excitement and surprise on the children’s faces during this visit makes very happy to their working team to have the opportunity to promote these experiences for the children of its migrant farm workers.
These activities have a favorable impact on employees and their families, and we anticipate the arrival of future scientists, researchers, and food technicians soon.
