Inauguration of the “Tolin” Organic Orchard at “Lo de Beltran” Community Development Center

The “Lo de Beltran” Community Development Center at Agricola Belher through its Social Work Department, conducted the inauguration of its “Tolin” orchard.
This is a school activity that the children of migrant workers have become a part of in recent years, with the purpose of bringing them closer to nature and showing them the value of the effort their parents make every day in the field.

On this occasion, the children participated in teams identified by colors red, blue, green, pink, and white. Each group planted different seeds such as onion, radish, cilantro, strawberry, and cabbage. Once the activity was completed, the children shared a moment of social interaction, enjoying cake, jelly, and hibiscus water.
This was the first orchard of the season, and it is intended to continue the activity next year.
