For the past six years in August, Grupo Chaparral has held its annual convention to present the goals and objectives for the agricultural season. This convention is attended by the entire top management, including Directors, Managers, and all individuals who hold leadership positions. This year’s event was held on August 21, 22, and 23 in Mazatlan, Sinaloa.

Day 1: The convention began with an icebreaker activity on the beach, which help to integrate colleagues from across the group.

Day 2: Presentations of each department’s goals were made, with all areas of the company participating and presenting their objectives and targets.

Evening of Day 2: An awards ceremony was held to acknowledge the unwavering commitment, effort, and dedication of the company’s employees. Categories comprised of Leader in Development, Best Communicator, Positive Influence, Employee of the Season, and Best Service Area, among others. Two special awards were also presented, followed by a dinner and a show featuring a comedian and an entertainer. The evening was enjoyable and emotional for all attendees, especially for the nominees and winners of the awards.

Day 3: A conference on Emotional Wellness was held and the CEO of the company closed the convention with a message.
