Del Campo y Asociados Holds Their First Recycling Fair at Campo Batan
Aguaruto, Sinaloa. – Del Campo y Asociados, a company which is a member of Veggies From Mexico, through their Social Responsibility department, held the first Recycling Fair at Campo Batan, as part of the Children’s Day celebration week.

Children of migrant staff who are currently attending elementary and middle school participated in the activity. During the fair, they presented different objects made from recycled materials, such as dolls, photo albums, flowerpots, toy boats, toy cars, backpacks, and many flowers.

As part of the program, a costume contest using recycling materials was held. Two students participated: one with a design inspired by sunflowers and another with a peacock costume made from bags of chips bags and bottle caps. They received first and second place awards.
During the fair, children were very motivated to participate in the different activities. Also, during the week, they had activities such as crazy hairstyle day, beach day, recycled backpack day, and mismatched outfit day.
Family, teachers, and staff from the company attended the event, making company to the students during the presentation of their projects.
