In mid-November, the farm company Agroexportadora del Noroeste “Agroex” which is part of our community at Veggies From Mexico, continues with the training activities of the staff, being in compliance with its training program for the 2024-2025 season, on this occasion our team of professionals participated as speakers in the lecture with the subject of Work Regulations.

For this reason, two training sessions were held, the first being conducted by our internal auditor, Eng. Claudio Román, about Field Regulations. This subject was intended for those in charge of field lots, warehouse staff, and those responsible for field food safety.

In the next session, QFB Elvia Martínez participated with the subject of Packaging Regulations, with the involvement of packaging managers, line managers, maintenance managers and those responsible for packaging food safety.

Each lecture was designed based on the regulations of the company, with an emphasis on “How to act in the event of a regulation breach? What actions did you take?” This way, attendees participated by seeking better strategies for compliance. They were also informed about the process of reporting non-compliance by workers, the relevant penalties and the records that must be generated.
