Agricola Campaña Provides HACCP Training to Its Team

On October 25th, the Veggies from Mexico team conducted a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) training for the members and middle management of the various departments at Agricola Campaña, as part of the annual training plan that is renewed before the start of the agricultural cycle.

This training covered the 12 steps of the methodology for renewing their HACCP plan. The training was conducted in a workshop format with the goal of verifying the established plan within the company and raising awareness of the relevance and responsibility that the team has in ensuring that the identified hazards remain under control.
