Agricola Belher Welcomes Migrant Employees for the 2024-2025 Season

Culiacan, Sinaloa – Last month, Agrícola Belher welcomed its migrant employees and their families. The welcome took place at the Community Development Centers (CDC) Dorita and Lo de Beltran, facilities that have become symbols of support and community for all that are part of this great agricultural family.

As is the tradition each year, the farm organized a warm and comforting meal as part of the reception. Additionally, the individuals responsible for the nursery and infirmary areas, who play a fundamental role in the care of the little ones and the health of all employees, were introduced to ensure everyone feels confident reaching out to them if needed.
The importance of these events goes beyond a simple welcome; they represent Agricola Belher’s firm commitment to the well-being of its workers. The company understands that its workforce is not just individuals, but families, each with their own stories and needs.

With this welcome, Agrícola Belher is prepared to face the challenges of the 2024-2025 season with a motivated and united team, ready to contribute to agricultural productivity and the development and well-being of its collaborators.
