Chema and Eduardo Pablos have been the leaders of AGROEX for over 2 decades now. They are members of a family that has been growing since 1921 and have been doing it for four generations. Accompanying them in leading the group are Sofia, Gerardo and Ricardo, brothers and sister who themselves lead and run companies in other sectors.

AGROEX´s challenge has been to innovate practices and technology around the entire operation: from greenhouses to packing houses, irrigation and new products, expansion to two new territories, safe practices and quality assurance; always regarding social responsibility towards the improvement of the quality of life for workers and the environment.
