Grupo Chaparral presents the Results of its 2025–2026 Annual Social Responsibility Report

During the 2025–2026 farming season, Grupo Chaparral shared, through the report prepared by Yolanda Rodriguez, Social Promotion Coordinator, the results of the actions developed by its Social Responsibility Department. These initiatives are focused on the well-being of employees and their families, who are part of the farming community across the different work centers of the company.

The company supported a population of 3,788 people, including employees and their families, mostly from Guerrero, Veracruz, Durango, Oaxaca, San Luis Potosi, Chiapas, and Sinaloa, as well as nearby communities around its farming fields and packing facilities.

The actions developed during the season were organized into four main areas: 1.   Housing, population, and environmental sanitation, 2. Comprehensive health and prevention, 3. Food security and nutrition, and 4. Education, recreation, and training.

In terms of housing and living conditions, Grupo Chaparral delivered 1,370 beds and 2,056 mattresses to new staff. It also conducted environmental sanitation campaigns, waste collection, supervision rounds, and updated the registry of families living in its shelters, with the purpose of ensuring safe and adequate spaces for workers.

In the health area, 583 medical referrals for specialized care were made, along with vaccination campaigns, weight and height surveys, and follow-up for 82 pregnant women,strengthening preventive actions within the farming community.

Food security was also part of the activities developed throughout the season. The company provided 21,194 subsidized school breakfasts and 2,208 food pantries as part of the support for the families of employees.

Another cornerstone was education and the development for children and workers. The report highlights constant supervision of daycare facilities and educational groups, the organization of festivals and recreational activities, as well as the full completion of the Annual Training Program, with 397 training sessions across six work units. Subjects included human rights, health, safety, social responsibility, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance.

Other than these efforts, the report documents cultural activities, health prevention campaigns, educational programs for the children of employees, safety drills, specialized training, and partnerships with external organizations; all contributing to the comprehensive development of employees and their families throughout the season.

In her message for the closing ceremony of this report, Yolanda Rodriguez, Social Promotion Coordinator at Grupo Chaparral, acknowledged the work of the social responsibility team, the medical staff, and the company administration, emphasizing that the results obtained are a reflection of a collective effort to improve living conditions for the families that are part of the company.
