Navolato, Sinaloa – During November, Agroexportadora del Noroeste held training sessions on Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Agricultural Practices for middle management in the packing area and for lot supervisors. A total of 49 employees participated in these sessions.

The purpose of the training sessions was to review in a timely manner, the packaging and field regulations, as well as the procedures to follow in case of non-compliance. The potential consequences of not applying these practices properly were also highlighted, in order to strengthen accountability in each process.

Also, the certifications department shared the results of the internal and external audits from the last season. This information allowed the team to understand the current state of processes and continue working on improvements that will contribute to daily operations.
