Nicole Hucke Lopez – Director of Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance / FSQA Director

Being a woman in agriculture means carrying a deep commitment to sustainable development, equity, and transforming the industry from the ground up. Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead the implementation of international certifications in key areas such as social responsibility, health and safety, food safety, supply chain security, and environmental management.
This work has allowed me to contribute to regulatory compliance, strengthen sustainable production processes, improve workers’ well-being, and open doors to global markets.

I’m proud to be part of a workforce that—through dedication, resilience, and empathy—proves that agricultural work has no gender. From my experience, women’s leadership in the field doesn’t just pave the way—it redefines it.
With vision, character, and commitment, we’re breaking historical barriers and showing that a woman’s strength can move the earth, shape decisions, and drive the future of agriculture. Out in the field, we don’t just grow crops—we plant equity, sustainability, and progress for our communities.
