Today there is gender equality as well as the presence of women in all areas of work. The participation of women in the agricultural sector is decisive, and it generates pride and admiration to see the dedication and enthusiasm they devote to this work. For me, the inclusion of women in the agricultural sector is very important, and from my training, I see the need to contribute so that the quality of life of women and their families is in optimal conditions.
