Training to HACCP team at Agricola Campaña
The Veggies From Mexico team hosted the HACCP training intended for collaborators and middle management from Agricola Campaña, as part of its annual training plan being renewed at the start of each agricultural cycle.

During the training, the 12 steps of HACCP methodology were reviewed, in a practical workshop format; with the purpose of verifying the plan implemented by the company and reinforce awareness on the importance and responsibility of the team in keeping identified hazards under control.
