The beginning of the new agricultural season in Sinaloa has arrived. The weather conditions, despite the inconveniences that occurred due to the lack of rain, are good. Farmers and their entire supply chain are ready to reactivate this vital economic activity for our region.

Just as everyone is ready, the Veggies from Mexico team is also prepared to begin internal audits of our community members.

The team spent a summer of updates in which 18 in-person and online trainings were given, reaching approximately 924 participants.

The internal audit checklists have been reviewed, as well as the criteria on which they are based, to ensure that no key points are missed that could call into question the good practices of food safety and social responsibility that distinguish our community.

The auditors of the Eleven Rivers Badge also had their annual calibration meeting to perform their work discuss the updates that have arisen lately.

From Veggies from Mexico, we wish a prosperous 2023 – 2024 season both for the growers and for all the workers and other collaborators that are part of this sector.
