These meetings serve as a platform to define safety activities for growers who are members of this organization. Among the points discussed were the topics to be covered in the webinars offered to growers. These topics include the FSMA final rule on agricultural water use, the ABCs of microbiology, and risk assessment. These subjects are crucial for the Mexican fruit and vegetable sector. Additionally, plans were made for the committee to reconvene during the Global Produce and Floral Show in October.
