The United Nations Global Compact is the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world. It is based on ten universal principles in key areas such as human rights, labor, environment, and fight against corruption. By joining, companies commit to align their operations and strategies with these principles and to publicly report their progress.

In the case of the farming sector, this participation is particularly relevant, as it promotes responsible supply chain practices, decent working conditions, and a sustainable use of natural resources.

The active participation of companies such as Agricola Chaparral strengthens not only their competitiveness but also the development of more responsible, ethical, and sustainable farming in Mexico.
