Dulce Felix, safety and environmental management at Agricola Belher, was in charge of transporting the material which had been previously collected at all of the workplaces of the company, to ensure it was properly handled and disposed.
Farming companies that are part of Veggies From Mexico frequently implement environmental protection actions. Among the criteria reviewed in weekly audits is to verify that waste is sent to a safe final destination, whether through recycling, landfills, or through specialized companies that guarantee its proper disposal.

Recycling makes better use of natural resources and reduces the environmental impact. It also encourages more responsible consumption and helps protecting the planet for future generations.
