Marisa is in charge of the nursery at Campo Dorita, one of the shelters of Agrícola Belher. She has a degree in social work and is originally from San Blas. Her passion is to seek the welfare of all the children in her care.

The nursery tends for more than 180 children, divided by age. She is in charge of organizing the caregivers, who help with the children and their food. Also, she takes the children to and from the elementary school they attend in San Blas. Along with a doctor and a nurse, she monitors their health and arranges extracurricular and recreational activities for the children and their families.

Her greatest satisfaction is to contribute with the well-being of the children under her care. “When the new season starts, hearing the children coming back saying: “Hello Marissa, we are here!”, is a beautiful feeling. I love working here!”
