Agricola El Nazario Reinforces Their Food Safety Practices


Agricola El Nazario, a company which is a member of the Veggies From Mexico community, held a series of training sessions intended for their field staff through their food safety department.

During the training sessions, Engineer Jeremias Perez explained subjects related to cross-contamination prevention, such as proper hand washing, the correct use of restrooms, and the importance of reporting accidents to immediate supervisors. Subjects such as the monitoring of sick staff and timely medical attention were also addressed, as well as the implementation of good harvesting and cultural practices.
