We started our annual online training program on August 18 through the Zoom platform, for the 2021-2022 season.
Year after year, at the beginning of the farming season, we provide this training program with the purpose of reinforcing the knowledge of technical personnel from companies who are a part of the Veggies From Mexico Community, in areas such as: food safety, sustainability, social responsibility and personal development. Our goal is to be better prepared for the challenges that both the domestic and foreign markets demand in the fresh produce industry.

In this webinar, participants were able to learn about the operation of the Eleven Rivers Growers Badge through the regulation on technical operation, the operation of communication channels in order to improve the efficiency of processes. Also, the Veggies From Mexico website and the tools that come with it were shown.

The purpose of this training is to educate personnel that is capable of identifying and performing actions that minimize risks with regards to the rights and benefits of workers in the farming sector.
