Veggies From Mexico and Banco de Alimentos de Culiacán sign a cooperation agreement

On October 27, our community of farmers: Veggies From Mexico and Banco de Alimentos de Culiacán signed a cooperation agreement that will reinforce the quality of food delivered to thousands of families in Sinaloa.

The signing of the agreement was attended by our chairman of the board, Mr. Antonio Beltrán Ochoa, and the chairman of the board at Banco de Alimentos de Culiacán, Mr. Federico Bazúa López Bon, and the directors of both organizations, our CEO, Georgius Ricardo Gotsis Fontes and Daniel Tapia Sanchez.

An important part of this agreement consists on providing Banco de Alimentos de Culiacán with tools on proper food handling as well as training, review and continuous audits in quality and hygiene practices.

As a farming community, proud to feed the world a better way, we are very pleased to do our part through this agreement, so that thousands of families eat the best and healthiest foods.

So far in 2020, Banco de Alimentos de Culiacán has benefited over 48, 000 people from 5 municipalities throughout the state of Sinaloa, such as Navolato, Cosalá, Mocorito, Angostura, and Culiacán.
